Water passes straight through the special foam, while another material, Dacron, ensures the cushions retain their original shape. The cover is removable and washable.

All 4 Seasons Outdoor products come with a 5-year warranty, with the exception of protective covers and maintenance products.

Aluminium
Aluminium is very low-maintenance and lightweight, just like our wickerwork. These practical pieces of furniture are easy to clean. Our aluminium with a durable powder coating is weather-resistant and UV-resistant. Aluminium does not rust, and it is timeless and stylish.

Stainless Steel
When properly finished, stainless steel has an exceptionally long lifespan. Although stainless steel garden furniture can be coated in any desired color, many people appreciate the natural color and appearance of the material itself. Proper welding and finishing are essential for this, and you can count on that with 4Seasons. The steel is naturally protected against rust by an impenetrable oxide layer. Powder-coated stainless steel is virtually maintenance-free, but paint damage should be touched up.

Rope
This beautiful material is perfect for outdoor use, because 4SO Rope is not just any ordinary shoelace. 4Seasons uses very high-quality rope made from 100% SDP (Solution Dyed Polypropylene). This material is extremely strong and has very little stretch. Polypropylene is oil-based, making it resistant to dirt and contamination—just like our cushions. 4Seasons offers exclusive designs that feature handwoven rope patterns and techniques.

Olefin Cushion
Olefin cushions feel comfortable, almost like indoor sofas or chairs. This is because nearly all our cushions are covered with Olefin fabric. This fabric has a number of unique properties. The raw material used to produce olefins is oil. Dye is added at an early stage so that the color is embedded in the core. As a result, the fabric is colorfast, UV-resistant, and water-repellent. For these reasons, Olefin is also used in technical sportswear and the automotive industry.

Care for Olefin Cushions
Our weather-resistant cushions do not require any chemical treatment or special care. However, it is important to keep your garden cushions clean. Prevent decaying leaves from damaging the fabric and avoid stains from bird droppings. We provide a warranty against weather effects, but stains or damage caused by use are excluded. Handle your garden furniture and cushions responsibly by using a protective cover and/or storing your cushions when not in use for an extended period.

Use of Olefin Cushions
Almost all cushion covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C without detergent. Ironing is possible at a low temperature. Over time, your lounge set cushions may show signs of wear. The fillings may become thinner, and the fabric may feel slightly different after prolonged use. These are natural effects of intensive use of your garden furniture. All furniture wears down over time. Most cushion covers and fillings can be reordered—contact your dealer for more information.

Ceramic
A ceramic tabletop is made from two or three thin layers of ceramic material. Ceramic is kiln-fired, giving it excellent properties. For normal cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Stains can be removed with lukewarm water and mild soap, and lime deposits with natural vinegar. Never use abrasive materials such as sandpaper, nor aggressive agents like acids or chemical products. Spills should be cleaned immediately to prevent permanent damage.
Note: We strongly advise against cleaning your aluminium or ceramic garden furniture with a high-pressure washer or aggressive cleaning or bleaching agents. These can damage or remove the coating. There is also a risk of white discoloration. Avoid covering your furniture for long periods or placing decorative objects on it for extended times, as this can cause permanent stains or discoloration. Always be careful with fire, oil, grease, or hot objects around your furniture to prevent lasting damage.

Sustainable Teak Wood
Teak is a natural product and particularly suitable for outdoor use. It is resistant to pests and fungi and can withstand sun, rain, and snow. Over time, teak develops a silver-gray patina. Teak is a robust material that requires little maintenance. If you prefer the original color of teak, you can easily prevent graying by regularly using our care products. Teak can also be cleaned with mild soap. We provide a warranty on all production and construction defects. Natural movement of the wood is not included in the warranty.
When you choose teak, we assume you appreciate these natural characteristics. Fine cracks, knots in the wood, and rough surfaces or slight discolorations that develop over time are not covered by our warranty. These features give teak its unique character and are part of its natural properties. Be careful when placing flowerpots or vases on your teak garden table, as they can cause stubborn rings or color differences. Imperfections are common and characteristic of this product. Such irregularities can never be grounds for a claim, warranty, or complaint—they are signs of authenticity!

HPL: High Pressure Laminate
HPL stands for “High Pressure Laminate.” This material has many unique properties and is extremely weather-resistant—making it a perfect choice for garden tables. A well-known supplier of HPL sheets is the brand Trespa, which has been used for many years as a high-quality exterior cladding material. HPL panels are produced in a special way and are increasingly being used in other applications, such as our garden furniture.

What is HPL?
By stacking many thin layers of plastic and compressing them under extremely high pressure and temperature, these layers form an incredibly strong solid mass. The surface layer determines the appearance of the garden table—for example, a concrete look. The result of this process is an exceptionally hard tabletop that is resistant to weather conditions. HPL garden tables are extremely scratch-resistant, colorfast, and very low-maintenance.
