Have you discovered a defect in your product after purchase and you are still within the warranty period? Email us a photo of the problem and we will be happy to solve it for you. The warranty is only valid if the product has been properly maintained. View our garden furniture maintenance page. All guarantees only apply to consumer use of the items and will expire as soon as the items are used in any way commercially or in the catering industry or in rental or loan. Damage due to misuse, abuse or extraordinary use is also excluded from the warranty. Also natural and/or normal wear/discoloration/etc. never a reason for a warranty claim. If your product meets these requirements, it will always be repaired initially. If this is no longer possible, you will be assigned a new product. This repair may take some time. Warranty claims must always be submitted with the purchase receipt.

We will therefore treat every complaint with the utmost attention and do everything we can to resolve it satisfactorily.
We handle a complaint in the following way:
- You will receive a response to your complaint as soon as possible (within 48 hours).
- In order to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible, we would like to receive a photo of the complaint in question by email.
- We can then immediately assess this and find the right solution.
- We will assess your complaint and try to find an appropriate solution.
- We use this experience to prevent new situations.
