Ordering is done with us in 4 simple steps:

  • Check if you have placed all the products you want to order in the shopping cart. Is this correct? Then click on checkout or request a best deal.
  • Personal details, fill in your personal details correctly.
  • Double-check if the information you have entered is correct. Then click on "confirm and pay" and go through the purchase process.
  • Thank you for your purchase!
  • You will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt with further information at the email address you provided. This also includes your order number. Keep this information safe for any future questions.

When possible, we expand the information with manuals. It may happen that you cannot find an answer to your question. What should I do if I want to return the product?

When you want to return a product, you must inform our customer service by email. This only applies to distance purchases that fall under the cooling-off period and the right of withdrawal, and only within 14 days of delivery. View the conditions for this here. My order has been received, however it is damaged. What should I do?

When you receive your order and discover damage, you must inform us by email within 24 hours of receipt about what exactly is damaged. Upload your photos to support and provide evidence with the email. Unfortunately, we cannot process it without photos. We will send it to the supplier to eventually come up with a suitable solution and give feedback to you.

I have placed an order but want to cancel it. How do I do this?

When you want to cancel an order, you can do so by contacting us by email within 24 hours of purchase. It is important to email us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it as quickly as possible. Once we cancel the order, we will send a confirmation via email. After the 24-hour period or if your order has already been shipped/in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

The buyer must always pay at least the costs of payment and refund if applicable. Payment costs include, for example, the costs paid by the seller to credit card companies, Paypal, etc. The seller will inform the buyer about the amount of these costs and deduct them from the refund amount. In the case of cancellation before delivery has occurred, the refund will always be made by bank transfer.

I have placed an order, but I want to change the delivery address. Is this possible?

If you have realized that the delivery address is incorrect after placing an order, it is best to send us an email at info@tuinmeubelkorting.nl. Please include your order number and the correct delivery address, to clearly indicate which order it concerns. If your order has already been shipped, we will resend it to the correct address after we have received it back. The additional shipping costs will be charged to you.

I have placed an order, but I would like to make changes to it. Is this possible?

If you have realized right after placing an order that you forgot something, it is best to send us an email at info@tuinmeubelkorting.nl. Please include your order number, name and clearly indicate which correct and incorrect products are involved and what needs to be changed.

Can I receive a track and trace code for my order?

If we have a track and trace code for your order, we will always share it with you.

Can I have my order delivered later than the mentioned delivery time?

That is always possible. It is best to indicate this during the ordering process in the 'remarks' section or by replying to your confirmation email and indicating when you would like to receive your order.

A while ago I placed an order, but now something is broken. Do I still have a warranty?

Always contact us for this info@tuinmeubelkorting.nl . mention your order number and describe the complaint and send a few photos. We will contact you about this.

Do you have the complete range on display in the showroom?

Gardenfurniturediscount.com has a wide range of various products. Unfortunately, we cannot display all of them in the showroom. However, we have almost everything in stock and you can visit our warehouse by appointment to try out the specific items. Have you seen a product on the website and would you like to see it in person? Please contact customer service first. This way, you can be sure that the product is available in our showroom and that you don't drive for nothing.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Of course, you can also pick up your order yourself. To prevent unnecessary waiting times or even trips, we kindly request you to check by email info@tuinmeubelkorting.nl or by phone +31 (0)113 21 95 23 if your order is ready for pick up if you have not yet received a positive message from us.

I have received my order, but there is a missing part, what now?

It can happen sometimes that parts are missing from an order. In that case, it is best to send us an email at info@tuinmeubelkorting.nl. Please clearly mention your order number and which parts are missing. Any photos to support your story are always welcome. After receiving your email, we will contact the relevant supplier and make sure that the missing parts are sent to you as soon as possible.
