Water passes straight through the special foam, while another material, Dacron, ensures that the cushions retain their original shape. The cover is removable and washable.

5-Year Warranty
All 4 Seasons Outdoor products come with a 5-year warranty, with the exception of protective covers and maintenance products.

Durable Teak Wood
Teak is a natural product and is particularly suitable for outdoor use. It is resistant to pests and fungi and can withstand sun, rain, and snow. Over time, teak develops a silver-grey patina. Teak is a robust material that requires little maintenance. If you prefer the original color of the teak, you can easily prevent it from greying by regularly using our care product. Teak can also be cleaned with green soap. We provide a warranty on all manufacturing and construction defects. The natural movement of teak is not included in this warranty. When you choose teak, we assume that you appreciate these characteristics. Small cracks that may appear, knots in the wood, rough surfaces, or irregular discolorations over time are not covered by our warranty. These features give teak its unique character and appearance and are part of its natural properties. Be careful when placing flowerpots or vases on your teak garden table, as they may cause persistent rings or color differences. Imperfections often occur—these irregularities are characteristic of this product. Such variations can never be grounds for a claim, warranty, or complaint. They are a sign of authenticity! The teak is brushed, meaning it has a rough, natural finish with light highlights in the grooves. This finish is unique and gives the outdoor furniture a distinctive look.

Rope
This beautiful material is perfect for outdoor use, as Taste Rope is not just any ordinary shoelace. Taste uses very high-quality Rope made of 100% SDP (Solution Dyed Polypropylene). This material is extremely strong and has a very low stretch percentage. Because polypropylene is oil-based, dirt and impurities hardly penetrate it—just like with our cushions. Taste offers exclusive designs using hand-woven rope patterns and techniques.

Olefin Cushions
Olefin cushions feel comfortable—almost like the sofa or chairs indoors. That’s because nearly all our cushions have covers made from ‘Olefin’ fabric. This fabric has many unique properties. The raw material for olefin is oil, and the dye is added at an early stage, making the color part of the fiber itself. This gives the fabric excellent colorfastness, UV resistance, and water repellency. For this reason, Olefin is also used in technical sportswear and the automotive industry.

Maintenance of Olefin Cushions
Our weather-resistant cushions do not require chemical treatment or maintenance. However, it is important to keep your outdoor cushions clean. Prevent rotting leaves from damaging the fabric or unpleasant stains caused by bird droppings. Garden furniture is meant to be enjoyed in all four seasons—but not without care. We provide warranty coverage for weather resistance, but not for stains or user-related damage. Treat your garden furniture and cushions responsibly by using a protective cover and/or storing your cushions when not in use for longer periods.

Use of Olefin Cushions
Almost all cushion covers are removable and can be washed at 30°C without adding detergent. Ironing and tumble drying can be done at a low temperature. Over time, the cushions of your lounge set or garden chairs may show signs of wear. The fillings may become thinner, and the fabric may feel different. These are normal effects of frequent use, as with any furniture. Cushion covers and fillings can usually be reordered. Contact your point of sale for information about available options.
