Warranty/Maintenance
All-weather cushions
Water flows straight through the special foam, while another material, Dacron, ensures that the cushions retain their original shape. The cover is removable and washable.
5-year warranty
All 4 Seasons Outdoor products come with a 5-year warranty, with the exception of protective covers and maintenance products.
Aluminium
Aluminium is very low-maintenance and lightweight, just like our wickerwork. These practical pieces of furniture are easy to clean. Our aluminium, finished with a durable powder coating, is weather-resistant and UV-resistant. Aluminium does not rust and is both timeless and stylish.
Stainless steel
Stainless steel, when properly finished, has an exceptionally long lifespan. Although stainless steel garden furniture can be coated in any desired color, many people appreciate the natural color and appearance of the material itself. Good welding and post-treatment are essential for this, and with 4 Seasons Outdoor you can count on that. The steel is naturally protected against rust by an impenetrable oxide layer. Powder-coated stainless steel is virtually maintenance-free, though paint damage should be repaired when necessary.
Rope
This beautiful material is perfect for outdoor use, as 4SO Rope is not just an ordinary cord you would use to tie your shoes. 4 Seasons Outdoor uses very high-quality rope made of 100% SDP (Solution Dyed Polypropylene). This material is extremely strong and has a very low stretch percentage. Because polypropylene is oil-based, dirt and impurities hardly penetrate it—just like with our cushions. 4 Seasons Outdoor offers exclusive designs that use handwoven rope patterns and techniques.
Olefin cushions
Olefin cushions feel comfortable—almost like the sofa or chairs you have indoors. This is because nearly all our cushions are covered with Olefin fabric. This fabric has a number of unique properties. The raw material used to produce Olefin is oil. The dye is added at an early stage, making it part of the fiber’s core. This makes the fabric colorfast, UV-resistant, and water-repellent. For that reason, Olefin is also used in technical sportswear and the automotive industry.
Care of olefin cushions
Our weather-resistant cushions do not need to be chemically treated or maintained. However, it is important to keep your outdoor cushions clean. Prevent rotting leaves from damaging the fabric and avoid unpleasant stains caused by bird droppings. We provide a warranty against weather influences, but stains or user damage are not covered. Treat your outdoor furniture and cushions responsibly by using a protective cover and/or storing your cushions when not in use for extended periods.
Use of olefin cushions
Almost all cushion covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C without detergent. Ironing can be done at a low temperature. Over time, the garden cushions of your lounge set may show signs of wear. The fillings may become thinner, and the fabric may feel slightly different over time. These are natural consequences of frequent use of your garden furniture. All furniture wears with use. Most cushion covers and fillings can be reordered.
