5-year warranty:
All 4 Seasons Outdoor products carry a 5-year warranty, with the exception of protective covers and maintenance products. The warranty on our weatherproof cushions is 3 years. Our covers have a 2-year warranty. A number of conditions are attached to this guarantee. Only by private, domestic use.

Aluminum
Aluminum is very easy to maintain and lightweight, just like our wickerwork. This practical furniture is easy to clean. Our aluminum, with its sturdy powder coating, is weatherproof and UV-resistant. Aluminum is rust-resistant, timeless, and stylish.

Sustainable Teak:
Teak is a natural product and particularly suitable for outdoor use. It is resistant to pests and mold and can withstand sun, rain, and snow. Over time, teak develops a silver-gray patina. Teak is a robust material and requires little maintenance. If you prefer the original color of your teak, you can easily prevent it from turning gray by regularly using our care product. You can also clean teak with green soap. We offer a warranty on all manufacturing and construction defects. This does not include the working of teak. When you choose teak, we expect you to appreciate these qualities. Hairline cracks that may develop, knots in the teak, and rough surfaces or irregular discoloration over time are not covered by our warranty. These characteristics give teak its unique character and appearance; they are part of its natural properties. Be careful with a flowerpot or vase on your teak garden table, as this can cause persistent rings or color variations. Imperfections are common; these imperfections are characteristic of this product. These irregularities can never give ground to a claim, warranty, or complaint. This is a signs ans signature of originality!

Maintenance Teak:
Teak Cleaner
When teak garden furniture is standing outside, stains will always occur due to bird droppings, splashing sand or simply by using your table. Teak Cleaner has been invented for this, a product that makes it easy to clean stains. Every treatment of your teak furniture starts with cleaning the wood by using Teak Cleaner.
Instant Grey
Part of our teak garden furniture range has a light gray color, because it has been treated with a white/grey wash. We call this Instant Grey. This is a water-based product that gives the beautiful appearance of grayed teak. If the gray color of your table top has faded due to cleaning, you can use this product to restore the color.
Teak Protector
The garden furniture that has not been treated with Instant Gray retains the natural color of teak. However, all types of wood gray over time. This process starts immediately as soon as your teak furniture is standing outside. Aging and discoloration is natural and you should take this into account when purchasing teak garden furniture. You can maintain / restore this natural color for a longer period with Teak Protector. If you apply this product, you will color the teak in the color that best mimics the original color.
 Vintage Teak Protector
Old teak itself is a lot darker in color. To restore this color, Vintage Teak Protector is a better choice than the regular Teak Protector. A treatment with Vintage Teak Protector gives your teak that dark brown color back.
Teak Shield
After the treatment(s) with Teak Cleaner (and possibly a color-influencing product), let the teak dry and add a treatment of 4 Seasons Outdoor – Teak Shield. This adds a transparent layer that is dirt and water repellent. Teak Shield prevents the most common stains, but we do recommend immediate cleaning when your teak has become dirty. Despite the use of Teak Shield, some stains can still cause permanent discoloration (such as tomato sauce) if you leave them on for a long time.

Whatever look you prefer, we do not recommend using aggressive maintenance products and can only give our guarantee if you use the 4 Seasons Outdoor maintenance products.

Ceramic
A ceramic top is made of two or three thin layers of ceramic material. Ceramic material is hard-fired and therefore has excellent properties. For normal soiling, simply wipe the top with a damp cloth. Stains can be removed with lukewarm water and green soap, and limescale can be treated with natural vinegar. However, never use harsh abrasives, such as sandpaper, or aggressive agents such as acids and chemicals. Spills of this kind must be removed immediately to prevent irreparable damage. Note: We strongly advise against cleaning your aluminum or ceramic garden furniture with a pressure washer or harsh cleaning agents and/or bleach. These can remove the coating or cause irreparable damage. There is also a risk of discoloration of your valuable furniture. We advise against covering your furniture for extended periods or covering it with decorations or other items, as this can cause permanent stains or discoloration. Always be careful with fire, oil and grease or hot objects near your furniture as this may cause permanent damage.
